ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Ayrshire Council propose to make an order under section 68(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 stopping up the road described in the Schedule hereto.

The title of the order is East Ayrshire Council (Richardland Road, Kilmarnock) (Stopping Up) Order 20__

A copy of the proposed order and of the accompanying plan showing the road to be stopped up, together with a statement of the reasons for making the order are available for inspection online from Wednesday 11^th August 2021 until Monday 13^th September 2021 at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/notices/east-ayrshire/traffic/00000255843 or can be emailed to interested parties on request by contacting us at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org

ANY PERSON may, within 34 days from Wednesday 11^th August 2021 object to the making of the order by notice in writing to Interim Head of Roads, Ayrshire Roads Alliance at the address below. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
