On 13/07/21 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, by reason of BT/Openreach cabling works, to be executed on or near the road.
The Order imposes the following restriction—
Banned Right Turn
No vehicle shall be permitted to turn right onto Glasgow Rd, Kilmarnock from Craighall Rd.
Alternative Route: southwards on Glasgow Rd to the roundabout, double back at the roundabout and continue northwards.
The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 02/08/21 until 18:00 hrs on 11/08/21, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
