On 16/02/21 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) (b) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, by reason of the likelihood of danger to the public.
This Order makes it unlawful for any vehicle other than a Goods Vehicle to wait at any time in the loading bay on the eastside of Strand St, Kilmarnock, from a point 10 m south of the extended southeast kerb line of Dunlop St southwards for a distance of 15 m.
The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 22/02/21 until 24:00 hrs on 21/08/22, and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
