NOTICE OF MAKING

NOTICE is hereby given that on 22 January 2021, East Ayrshire Council made the above-named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers.

The Order, which comes into operation on 29 January 2021, has the effect of replacing the Orders listed below, with all the provisions of these Orders being reproduced in the Consolidation Order:

• East Ayrshire Council (Various Roads within East Ayrshire) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Designated Parking Places) (Amendments and Revocations) Order 2012
• The East Ayrshire Council (Private Road from London Road to Kay Park Church and Kilmarnock Bowling and Tennis Clubs, Kilmarnock) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Amendment) Order 2013
• The East Ayrshire Council (Beansburn, Dean Road, Innellan Drive and Turner Place, Kilmarnock) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Limited Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2013
• The East Ayrshire Council (Various Roads Within Kilmarnock)(Designated Parking Places)(Amendment No1) Order 2013
• East Ayrshire Council (Various Roads within East Ayrshire) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Designated Parking Places) (Consolidation & Revocations) Order 2016
• East Ayrshire Council (Beansburn and Greenholm Street, Kilmarnock) (Prohibition of Waiting and Disabled Persons’ Designated Parking Place) (Amendments) Order 2016
• East Ayrshire Council (Various Road within East Ayrshire) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Designated Parking Places) (Amendments) Order 2019

A copy of the Order, as made, together with a copy of those orders listed above which have been revoked, and a copy of the relevant maps can be inspected online at www.tellmescotland.gov until 12 March 2021.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
