(Oslie View, Stewarton) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting and Loading/Unloading) Order 2021
On 05/01/21 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait or load/unload at any time on Oslie View, Stewarton in the vicinity of the accesses to Stewarton Academy and Nether Robertland ECC for reasons of road safety.
The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hours on Thursday 7th January 2021 and remain in force until 17:00 hours on 01/07/22.
