NOTICE is hereby given that on 4 December 2020 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order which comes into operation on Friday 11 December 2020 was advertised in both the Cumnock Chronicle and the Kilmarnock Standard on 24 June 2020 and the effect of the Order is as stated in those Notices. A copy of the Made Order together with a copy of the Order revoked by this Order are available for inspection online at

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 7 December 2020 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
