On 15/09/20 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on the C125, Dunlop, at Spout Linn Bridge (except vehicles engaged in the Spout Linn Bridge repair works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.

It is anticipated that the works will take four weeks but this is subject to weather and or other issues that may impact negatively on the works.

The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 28/09/20 until 17:00 hrs on 27/11/20, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.

Alternative Route: via B706, A736 and B778 and vice versa.
