On 14th July 2020 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Sections 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20mph on Bonnyton Road (from Waverley Avenue to its junction with Gleneagles Road, Carnoustie Grove, Castle Stuart Walk, Gleneagles Place, Gleneagles Road, Muirfield Drive, Prestwick Place and Troon Walk, Kilmarnock, by reason of public safety.
The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 27th July 2020 until 24:00 hrs on 26th December 2021 and will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
