On 14/01/20 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait at any time on Huntly Court (on all sides, from the footpath between No. 17 Huntly Crt and No. 2 Huntly Pl north-westwards, north-eastwards and south-eastwards) and Livingstone Court (on all sides, from the shared boundary of No’s 31/32 Livingstone Crt south-eastwards, south-westwards and north-westwards to a point opposite the shared boundary of No’s 31/32 Livingstone Crt), Kilmarnock, except vehicles engaged on the BT works, by reason of works to be executed on or near the roads.

The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 27/01/20 until 24:00 hrs on 02/02/20 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
