On 27/08/19 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to facilitate the decanting of Loanhead Primary School’s pupils and due to works being executed on or near the road associated with the refurbishment of the School.
This Order will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait on the south side of Elmbank Drive from a point 25 meters west of its junction with Dick Road westwards to a point 15 metres east of its junction with Rennie Street at any time from 28/08/19, until 26/06/20
The Order shall come into force at 07:00 hrs on 28/08/19 until 17:00 hrs on 26/06/20, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
