On 13/08/19 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle or for any person to travel on U761 Redcraig, Mauchline, from its junction with B743 northwards for 250 metres (except vehicles and operatives engaged on the bridge repair works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 19/08/19 until 24:00 hrs on 11/10/19, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
It is anticipated that the works will take five weeks but it is weather dependant.
Alternative Route: via U761 Redraig, Tarbolton Rd (C35), A76 and B743 and vice versa.
