On 23/04/19 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Grougar Rd, Crookedholm, between Main Rd and Ralstonyards Rd (except vehicles engaged on the Scottish Water works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 13/05/19 until 24:00 hrs on 29/05/19, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
Alternative Route: via Milton Rd (U37), U38 Langlands, Dykescroft (C33) to Moscow, A719 to Galston, A71 to Hurlford and Main Rd and vice versa.
