On 26/03/19 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Sections 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20mph on Cruachan Pl, Merrick Rd (western arm) from Whatriggs Rd to a point 20m southeast of Campsie Rd, Merrick Rd (eastern arm) between Whatriggs Rd and Merrick Rd (western arm), and Whatriggs Rd from a point 14m southeast of Loudoun Ave to its junction with Lammermuir Rd, Kilmarnock, by reason of public safety.

The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 28/03/19 until 24:00 hrs on 16/09/20 and will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
