NOTICE OF MAKING
NOTICE is hereby given that on 14/01/19 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order which was advertised in the Cumnock Chronicle and the Kilmarnock Standard on 28/11/18 comes into operation on 28/01/19 and the effect of the Order is as stated in the Notice.
A copy of the Order can be inspected during the hours of Mon-Thu 9am-5pm & Fri 9am-4pm at: • Council Headquarters, London Rd; • Johnnie Walker Bond, 15 Strand St, • Civic Centre, John Dickie St and • North West Centre, Western Rd all in Kilmarnock. Also at the following local offices: • Rothesay House, 1 Greenholm Rd, Cumnock; • Dalmellington Area Centre, 33 Main St, Dalmellington; • Galston Local Office, Galston; • Stewarton Area Centre, Avenue St, Stewarton. Offices in Dalmellington, Galston and Stewarton close for lunch Mon-Thu 1pm-1.50pm and Fri 1pm-1.40pm.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 14/01/19 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
