On 04/09/18 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on David Dale Ave, Stewarton, from Crusader Cres to the property boundary of flats 13 to 23 and No. 11 David Dale Ave (except vehicles engaged on the demolition and building works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 22/10/18 until 17:00 hrs on 15/09/19, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
Alternative Route: via Crusader Cres, Lothian Rd, Sim St, Kilwinning Rd, Standalane and Lainshaw St, Stewarton and vice versa.
