NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Notice has been issued under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein-
Name of road - Sutherland Drive, Kilmarnock
Affected length of road - West side of Sutherland Drive:- From a point 12m south of the extended southern kerb line of the William McIlvanney Campus Bus Drop Off area northwards to a point 30m north of the extended north-western kerb line of the William McIlvanney Campus Bus Drop Off area.
Nature and period of restriction - No waiting at any time and no loading at any time from 00:01 hours on Monday 23rd April 2018 until 24:00 hours on Friday 27th April 2018

Reason for restriction - To address indiscriminate parking that has the likelihood of causing danger to the public.
