On 27/06/17 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait at any time on the northeast side of Route B7083, Cumnock (in the layby opposite No’s 28-72 Skerrington Place), by reason of facilitating works associated with the construction of a retaining wall, to be executed on or near the road.

 

The Order is in force from 08:00 hrs on 29/06/17 until 17:00 hrs on 30/08/17 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
