NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Notice has been made under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein—
Name of Road - Glebe Road, Kilmarnock
Affected Length of Road - Glebe Road:- from a point 10m southeast of its junction with London Road south-eastwards for a distance of 56m.
Nature of Restriction - NO WAITING 08:00 hours until 16:00 hours
Period of Restriction - From 08:00 hours until 16:00 hours on Sunday 22nd January 2017.
Reason for Restriction - BT Openreach works
Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the BT Openreach works or emergency vehicles)
