On 22/11/16 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait at any time on Buchanan St (from its junction with Hill St westwards for 150m), Kilmarnock by reason of building works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 00:01 hrs on 26/11/16 until 24:00 hrs on 20/05/18
