On 22/11/16 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Orderwhich will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30mph on Route A735 Dunlop Rd, Stewarton (from a point 110m north of Lamberton Rd northwards for a distance of 736m or thereby). These restrictions are required to maintain road safety during construction works relating to Persimmon development near Route A735 Dunlop Rd, Stewarton.
The Order is in force from 00:01 hrs on 26/11/16 until 24:00 hrs on 20/05/18 and will be implemented when appropriate signs are displayed.
