On 05/07/16 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle or for any person to travel on Whatriggs Rd (between its western and eastern junctions with Merrick Rd), Kilmarnock (except pedestrians or vehicles engaged on Morrison Construction Scotland’s building works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 00:01 hrs on 11/07/16 until 24:00 hrs on 11/10/17, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Alternative Route: via Merrick Rd, Kilmarnock.
