NOTICE OF MAKING
Notice is hereby given that on 15 April 2016 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order which was advertised in the Kilmarnock Standard on 19 February 2016 comes into operation on 16 May 2016 and the effect of the Order is as stated in said Notice.
A copy of the Order and map relative thereto can be inspected at: • Council Headquarters, London Rd, • Johnnie Walker Bond, 15 Strand St, both Kilmarnock, Mon-Thu 9am-5pm & Fri 9am-4pm.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 15 April 2016 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
