On 02/03/16 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, by reason of works being executed on or near the road and on the likelihood of danger or damage to the road caused by indiscriminate parking.
This Order makes it unlawful for any vehicle to wait at any time on lengths of London Rd (from Dick Institute to Middlemass Dr) and Wilson Ave (opposite No’s 5 – 13 and 30 and outside No’s 30 and 36), Kilmarnock or for any vehicle to wait or load on the length of road opposite No. 30 Wilson Ave, Kilmarnock.
The Order will be in operation from 00:01 hrs on 07/03/16 until 24:00 hrs on 30/06/16 and will be implemented only when appropriate signs/road markings are displayed.
