NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Notice has been made under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein –

Name of Road – Car Road, Cumnock

Affected Length of Road - from its junction with Forbes Avenue to its junction with Emrys Avenue

Nature of Restriction - Road Closure

Period of Restriction - From 08:00 hours on Saturday 6^th February 2016 until 18:00 hours on Wednesday 10^th February 2016.

Reason for Restriction – Scottish Water rehab work.

Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (except for vehicles engaged in the works, emergency vehicles and vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road.)

Alternative Route:

Traffic should proceed via Car Road, Glaisnock Street, Ayr Road, Emrys Avenue and vice-versa.
