On 27/10/15 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle or for any person to travel on Gardrum Mill Burn Culvert, Route U64 near Fenwick (50m either side of the culvert). The closure is required to facilitate culvert works.
The Order is in force from 00:01 hrs on 02/11/15 until 24:00 hrs on 31/03/16 and will only be implemented when appropriate signs are displayed.
The anticipated duration of the closure is 7 weeks but is weather dependent.
Alternative Route: via U64, B778, and A77 and vice versa.
