On 27/01/14 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle (except for vehicles engaged in Stair Bridge repair works) on B730 Stair, (from The Stair Inn northwards for 650m), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.

The Order is in force from 07:00 hrs on 10/02/14 until 16:00 hrs on 07/03/14, or until the works are complete whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

Pedestrian/vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closurewill be permitted to and from their properties.

Alternative Route: via A70, A77, B743 and B730 and vice versa.
