NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers hereby make this Notice, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein-
Name of Road - Dean Street, Kilmarnock
Affected Length of Road - Northwest side - From a point 30 metres northeast of the extended kerb line of Witch Road north-eastwards for a distance of 30 metres.
Nature of Restriction - Prohibition of Waiting (No waiting at any time) & temporary suspension of limited waiting on that length of road.
Period of Restriction - From 09:30 hrs on Thursday 4th July 2013 until 24:00 hrs on Monday 8th July 2013
Reason for Restriction - BT works
Classes of Vehicles Affected - All (Except for vehicles engaged in the BT works)
