On 26/06/13 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Maunsheugh Rd (from Kirkton Pl to its junction with Kirkton Rd), Fenwick, (with the exception of vehicles engaged on wall repair works),by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 00:01 hrs on 08/07/13 until 24:00 hrs on 28/07/13, or until the works are complete whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Pedestrian access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closure will be permitted to and from their properties.
Alternative Route: via Kirkton Rd, Kirkton Pl and vice versa.
