On 14/11/23 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (CLEPINGTON ROAD, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2023 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Clepington Rd from its junction with Mains Loan for a distance of 150m or thereby in a westerly direction and for a distance of 80m or thereby in an easterly direction. The Order is operative for 2 weeks from 14/11/23 for the installation of a pedestrian crossing, road surfacing, duct installation and pedestrian railings installation for a new housing development, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative route: Clepington Rd, Arklay St, Dens Rd, Dura St, Forfar Rd (A929) and in reverse. Local diversions are also available.
