ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (MID CRAIGIE AND GOTTERSTONE AREAS, DUNDEE) (20 MPH ZONES) ORDER 2023

Dundee City Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to promote road safety on the roads contained.

A copy of the Order showing the lengths of roads affected may be examined on our website during a period of 21 days from 1/9/23.  A copy of the plans can also be viewed by searching for "Traffic Regulation Orders" in the Roads and Travel section of our website.  They are also available for inspection, together with a Statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, during weekday working hours at Dundee City Council, Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay St, Dundee.

Any person may within 21 days from 1/9/23 object to the proposed Order by notice in writing to the Head of Democratic and Legal Services, Dundee City Council, 21 City Sq, Dundee, DD1 3BY, or by E Mail to trafficorderobjections@dundeecity.gov.uk.  Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
