On 19/4/22 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (BALGRAY STREET AND BALGRAY PLACE, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2022 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Balgray St and Balgray Pl at its junction and for a distance of 150m or thereby in a westerly direction in Balgray St (Phase 1) and Balgray Pl from its northmost point for a distance of 300m or thereby in a southerly direction (Phase 2). The Order is operative for 4 weeks from 25/4/22 for major demolition works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Only one Phase will be in operation at any time. Alternative route: Old Glamis Rd and Clepington Rd.
