On 4/5/21 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (NORTH MARKETGAIT, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTWAY) ORDER 2021 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all pedestrian traffic in North Marketgait footway adjacent to the westbound carriageway from Irvines Sq to Constitution Road. The Order is operative for 7 months from 10/5/21 for building works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. This Order only affects pedestrians. Alternative route: Victoria Rd, Bell St and Constitution Rd.
