On 1/12/20 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (CANDLE LANE, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Rd Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit all vehicular traffic in Candle Ln from the east side of its junction with Allan Ln to its junction with Dock St. The Order is operative for 20 weeks from 8/12/20 for crane lifting works for a new housing development, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Access for residents will be maintained where possible. As this road forms a cul de sac no diversion route is available.
