On 10/11/20 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (FREDERICK STREET AREA, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in (1) Charlotte St between Charlotte Pl and West School Rd, (2) Charlotte St between West School Rd and Camperdown Rd, (3) Frederick St between West School Rd and Camperdown Rd, (4) Garry Tce between West School Rd and Camperdown Rd and (5) Garry Pl between West School Rd and Garry Tce. The Order is operative for 3 weeks from 16/11/20 for City Fibre cable installation works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Phases will run consecutively. Alternative routes: (1) A90 Kingsway, Strathmartine Rd, Camperdown Rd, Frederick St and West School Rd, (2) West School Rd, Frederick St and Camperdown Rd, (3) West School Rd, Charlotte St and Camperdown Rd, (4) West School Rd, Frederick St and Camperdown Rd and (5) Garry Tce and West School Rd.
