On 12/3/19 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (STRATHMARTINE ROAD, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all northbound vehicular traffic in Strathmartine Rd from its junction with Harcourt St to its junction with Coldside Roundabout (Moncur Cr/Strathmore Ave). The Order is operative for 16 weeks from 17/3/19 for refurbishment works at Coldside Library, with a maximum duration of 18 months. This is a closure to northbound traffic only. Southbound traffic is not affected. Access for residents and businesses only will be maintained between Harcourt St and Paterson St. Alternative route: Canning St and Moncur Cr.
