On 8/1/19 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (CLAYPOTTS ROAD, BROUGHTY FERRY, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Claypotts Rd (Phase 1) from Albert St to Victoria Rd and (Phase 2) from Victoria Rd to Arbroath Rd. The Order is operative for 5 weeks from 14/1/19 for carriageway repair works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Phase 1 is expected to take around 4 weeks and Phase 2 will start on Phase 1 completion. Access to premises will be maintained where possible Alternative routes: (Phase 1) West Queen St and Victoria Rd and (Phase 2) Ballinard Rd, Balgillo Rd and Arbroath Rd.
