On 28/3/17 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (LOTHIAN CRESCENT FOOTPATH, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTPATH) ORDER 2017 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all pedestrian traffic in the footpath at Lothian Cr from a point 158m or thereby in a northerly direction from the junction of Fintry Tce and Whitfield Dr. The entire length of the footpath (80m or thereby) will be closed. The Order is operative for 52 weeks from 3/4/17 for works for a new school development, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative route: Lothian Cr, Salton Cr, Longhaugh Rd and Fintry Tce.
