On 4/1/17 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (ANN STERET, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Ann St in both directions from its junction with Hillbank Rd for a distance of 205m or thereby in a southwesterly direction. The Order is operative for 20 weeks from 9/1/17 for works for drainage and utility services for new housing, with a maximum duration of 18 months. School access for dropping off and collecting school children will be available locally. As this section of road is a cul de sac no diversion is available.
