TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION ORDER AND TREES IN CONSERVATION AREAS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2010
NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 4(1)(b)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dundee City Council on the Twenty first day of March, Two Thousand and Twelve made an Order entitled Dundee City Council Tree Preservation Order (No 7) 2012 under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 relative to ground at Forty two Strathern Road, Broughty Ferry, Dundee DD5 1PN.
Dundee City Council consider that the Order is necessary in order to protect the arboreal amenity of this part of Dundee.
A copy of the Order and Map have been deposited in Broughty Ferry Community Library, Queen Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 2HN and the offices of the Director of City Development, Dundee City Council, Dundee House, 50 North Lindsay Street, Dundee DD1 1QE. The Order may be inspected without payment of any fee at the Library during its opening hours and at the City Development Department between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive.
Any objections and representations with respect to the said Order may be made to the Depute Chief Executive (Support Services), Dundee City Council, 21 City Square, Dundee, in writing, stating the grounds thereof, and specifying the particular trees, groups of trees or woodlands in respect of which it is made within twenty eight days from the date of publication of this Notice by advertisement.
The Order will expire on Twentieth September Two thousand and twelve unless it is confirmed by Dundee City Council.
