(KIRKCONNEL & KELLOHOLM CHRISTMAS LIGHTS EVENT)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER)
ORDER 2023
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close U522n St Conal’s Square in front of Miner’s Memorial Centre from 17:00 hours to 21:00 hours on Friday 24th November 2023.
The closure is necessary to facilitate Kirkconnel & Kelloholm Christmas Lights Event.
Vehicular access for residents will be retained by accessing St Conal’s Square via A76.
Emergency access will be available if required.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
