PUBLIC NOTICE

THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL

(ADJACENT TO U165s EWART PLACE, SPRINGHOLM)

(20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2023

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order will be to make it unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20 miles per hour along the lengths of road detailed in the Schedule to the Order.

    

2. Details of the proposals, with plan (TM/S/01/126), Draft Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected between 02/03/23 and 23/03/23 at:

3. ANY PERSON who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 23 March 2023.
