DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL
(U2S GARROCH)
(TEMPORARY 30 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)
ORDER 2023
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to impose a temporary 30 mph speed restriction on the U2s and shall apply during the period as specified in Schedule A below, and effective only when identified by appropriate signs prescribed by the Traffic signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The restriction is necessary to facilitate safety for workforce in association with works at Glenlee Power Station.
