(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) NO.3
ORDER 2022
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close Rose Street, Annan at its junction with Newington Avenue and Charles Street from 9am on 20th September 2022 until 5pm on 14th October 2022.
The closure is necessary to facilitate Scottish Water sewer upgrade final tie in works.
Alternative route available via Drummond Road, Newington Road, Standalane, Greenlea Road and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained
