ORDER 2021

 

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

 

  1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 27 February 2020.

  2. Details of the proposals with the plan (TM/A/01/213), signed Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected between 8 October 2021 and 19 November 2021, free of charge at:

  1. Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 19 November 2021.
