DELETION TO LIST OF PUBLIC ROADS

(U131n DALSWINTON DRIVE, DUMFRIES)

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dumfries and Galloway Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 1 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 intends to delete the road described in Schedule One below from the list of public roads under the management and control of the said Council.

2. Details of the proposals including plan TM/DN/01/115 may be inspected between 30 April and 28 May 2021 at:

3. ANY PERSON who wishes to make representations should send details in writing, and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 28 May 2021.
