PROVISION OF ROAD HUMPS

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dumfries and Galloway Council intends to construct road humps under Section 36 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 at the locations specified in the Schedule below and hereby gives public notice of the proposal under Section 37 of the said Act.

2. Details of the proposals including plan (TM/W/01/208) and drawing (MISC/R/62B) may be inspected between 29 April and 27 May 2021 at:

3. ANY PERSON who wishes to make representations should send details in writing, and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 27 May 2021.
