(REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE)

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the

above named Order under sections 1(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order will be to redetermine the means of exercise of the

public right of passage over the footway described in the Schedule to this Order.

2. A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying Plan (drawing number

TM/N/01/116) showing the footway over which the means of exercise of the public

right of passage is to be redetermined, may be inspected between 23 April 2021

and 21 May 2021, free of charge at;

3. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in

writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the

undersigned by 21 May 2021.
