TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020

NOTICE is hereby given that The Dufmries and Galloway Council has made the above named Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1.   The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order is as advertised in the local press on 30 August 2019

2.   Details of the proposals with the plans (TM/N/01/107, TM/N/01/108 and TM/N/01/109) Made Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours (9am - 4:30pm) between 4 September 2020 and 16 October 2020 at:

• Council Offices, Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries
• Customer Service Centre, Mill Hill Centre, Corserig Crescent and available online at;
• https://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/

3.   Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or in the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 4 September 2020 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose, to the undersigned by 16 October 2020.
