(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE)

NOTICE 2020

Dumfries and Galloway Council hereby given notice under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 of their intention to temporarily close A709 from Lochmaben to Arla Foods between 09.00 – 19.00 on 11^th July 2020 and 12^th July 2020 then again on 18^th July 2020 and 19^th July 2020.

The closure is necessary for to facilitate surface dressing application then finishing works and is highly dependent on weather conditions.

Alternative route available via A75(T) – A701(T) – B7076 and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained
