(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER)
ORDER 2020
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close C38a Elm Road, Annan between Wood Avenue and Lovers Walk from 09:00 on 23/03/2020 until 17:00 on 10/04/2020.
The closure is necessary to facilitate road improvement works in association with new housing development.
Alternative routes available via temporary one-way system. Southbound via Summergate Rd and Lover’s Walk and Northbound via Hillend Rd, Waterfoot Rd, Hallmeadow Place and Wood Ave.
Pedestrian access will be maintained
